BookMyTravelBuddy is a community platform that connects members of the Indian diaspora so they can help one another travel — for example by finding a trusted companion on the same flight to assist an elderly relative. BookMyTravelBuddy is only a platform that introduces members; we are not a travel agency, airline or tour operator, and we are not a party to any arrangement you make with another member.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use BookMyTravelBuddy.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts to evade a block or ban.

You agree not to:

• harass, threaten, defraud or endanger other members, or send sexual, abusive or hateful content;
• use the platform for scams, spam or any unlawful purpose;
• misuse personal information shared with you by another member, or share it outside the platform without consent.

Chat messages are screened by an automated content filter, and members can report or block others. We may remove content, and suspend or delete accounts that breach these Terms.

BookMyTravelBuddy facilitates voluntary, good-faith help between members. We do not employ, vet beyond our verification badges, or supervise members, and we do not guarantee anyone's conduct. You are responsible for your own decisions about whom to connect or travel with. Always use your judgement and follow airline and airport rules.

If you feel unsafe or encounter inappropriate behaviour, use the Report or Block options on a member's profile or in chat, or contact us via the Contact page. In an emergency, always contact local authorities first.

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile details, flight posts, messages). You grant us a limited licence to host and display it so the service can function. You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, BookMyTravelBuddy is not liable for the acts or omissions of members, for any interaction or trip arranged between members, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the community at risk.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date; continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
