We never handle the money. Carrying is a favour between members, never a paid service. A member may offer an optional thank-you gift (shown as a Pro or VIP badge), paid directly between the two of you and never up front; reimbursing what a shop receipt actually cost on a “grab this for me” errand is separate. If anyone asks to be paid a fee to carry, or for “customs” or “excess baggage”, that is a scam — report it.
Never carry these, whatever you are told
Anything sealed, wrapped or already packed
Cash, gold, jewellery or bullion
Controlled or narcotic drugs, or any loose or unlabelled medicine
Perishables: meat, dairy, fresh fruit, vegetables, seeds, plants
Power banks and loose lithium batteries
Weapons, replicas, ammunition or anything bladed
Alcohol or tobacco above your personal duty-free allowance
Anything intended for resale, or commercial quantities of anything
Anything you are being paid a fee to carry
If someone pushes back on any of this, stop and report them. Nobody with an honest reason needs you to bend these rules.
